Designed to capture the high-octane energy of a massive, open-world racing franchise, The Crew trailer required an absolute masterclass in hard-surface asset integration and vast geographic scaling. The core challenge lay in creating hyper-detailed, photorealistic vehicle components that could be seamlessly disassembled and reassembled on screen, all while surrounded by a fast-paced, sprawling urban environment.
Created using a 3ds Max and V-Ray workflow, the project focused on highly detailed vehicle assets, large-scale environments, and physically based material development. The production emphasized realistic shading, look development, and cinematic presentation to support the launch campaign and showcase the game's expansive world.
